Through years of self-reflection and a process of embracing wellness and resilience, I learnt that focusing on single aspects of life enhancement does not lead to personal fulfilment, and consequently true happiness. If you only change your diet, or only do more exercise, or only learn to meditate, or only improve your mindset – only, only, only. It’s simply not enough. I discovered with experience that compartmentalising is not a sustainable approach, so I created a life-changing programme that actually works.
